3. Stage 3: The Transformation (60 Days Post-Workshop – Virtual) Ensure your learning translates into real-world impact. Reconvene with founders and academic partners to share progress on your Shift Plan Canvas™ and officially join the CIO Mirror™ Alumni Network.
